In our latest update (Version 3.9), we're making it even easier to manage your company configuration. Update email and SMS templates to your specific company requirements with our new look message editor, or use our updated library of message templates straight away. There's also new features for customers using Xemplo's powerful Contract Builder, including automated alerts when our legal team update contract clauses and inclusions that you can then add to your contract in just a few easy clicks.
Send the right message with updated email management
We’ve carefully reviewed and updated the experience of managing emails sent to your workforce from Xemplo. You can now easily update emails with our new Message Template editor, with simple formatting options and a quick onscreen preview. See exactly what your recipients will receive before you send it.
Don't need customised emails? You'll start using our updated library of message templates straight away. If you've previously customised messages, any customisations will still be retained, or you'll have the option to move to the newer emails templates if you wish.

Xemplo Contract Builder - now with alerts and recommendations
From 3.9 onwards, you don't need to manually track legislative and compliance changes that impact your contracts.
Once you've made a contract using our Contract Builder, you'll receive automated updates when our legal team recommends updating your contract because of compliance changes. You'll also be able to implement recommended changes to your contract from our legal team in just a few simple clicks.
Contract alerts will display on your home page (if you have access to manage contracts) and wherever contracts are used (for example, in Positions or Onboarding) and we'll automatically restrict access to onboard workers using a contract that needs to be reviewed, to protect you and your team from compliance issues.

What is Xemplo Expert?
Xemplo Expert is a library of HR compliance assets, created and maintained by our team of HR and legal experts. Content from the Xemplo Expert library is available for all customers to use as part of their Xemplo subscription.

New contracts added for Singapore
You can now build your own compliant contract for Singapore using Xemplo Contract Builder. Contracts for ongoing or fixed-term, Part IV and Non-Part IV engagement are now available.

All changes included in Xemplo 3.9 Release
The following list details all changes included in the 3.9 software release. Find out more about each change by selecting the link, including user impacts and configuration instructions (where applicable).
|Contract Builder||When a contract is pending acknowledgements of changes to an included clause, Xemplo will now restrict use of this contract in Onboarding until the pending clause updates are reviewed.|
|A Xemplo Administrator can now review and include/exclude changes to clauses. When clauses are updated, an Administrator will see onscreen alerts until they review any changes.|
|Xemplo has introduced user experience improvements to make review and inclusion of clauses to a contract easier.|
|Company Settings > Email Management||When using the Xemplo message template editor, if a company has previously customised a message template, the user can opt to use an updated version of the email from the Xemplo library if they wish. After moving to the updated version, a user can make additional customisations as required.

|When updating message templates, a user can now revert any customisations to a message to the default Xemplo message using the 'Restore to Default' option.|
|Xemplo has introduced new standard message templates with visual and text improvements. Where customers have not previously customised a message template, they will be converted to the latest email style automatically. Where a customer has previously customised a specific message template, they will be able to continue using their customised message or can opt to use the updated Xemplo version.|
|Xemplo Rebranding||References to the former Expedo brand have now been replaced throughout the Xemplo software, including:
|System Administration||When creating a new worker account, Xemplo will no longer allow the use of an email address that is already taken by a Company Administrator, HR Manager or Team Manager, either in the current selected company or another company. Additionally, when creating a new Administrator or Manager account, an email address cannot be used if it is already in use for a worker account.|
|User experience updates||The Expenses feature has been updated to improve the user experience for Managers when approving requests. When approving an expense request, a user will now be able to Approve directly from the 'View expense' screen, consistent with other system features.|
|When accessing Xemplo as a worker, it is now easier to access outstanding training activity from the menu when using a small screen device.|
|Xemplo will now display a worker's position, engagement type and if the worker is an Independent contractor detail on the Worker Home Page.|
|Xemplo has introduced a new user interface for simplified creation of new companies for System Administrators.|
All Xemplo users will have access to software updates in the coming weeks. We’ll continue to apply more user experience improvements across Xemplo HR in the next 3-4 weeks, and have exciting new HR features launching in the coming quarter.
