What do you need before integration?

For a successful integration to Keypay, you need two parameters:

• API Key - is a string of code that is used to authenticate and link your KeyPay account when integrating to Expedo.

• Business ID - is a unique number assigned to businesses/companies in KeyPay.

How to obtain API Key and Business ID?

API Key

Step 1. Log in to KeyPay.

Step 2. Click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the page, then click My Account. 

Step 3. On the Account Details page, go to API key section and click the copy to clipboard icon.

Business ID

Step 1. Log in to KeyPay.

Step 2. Copy the business code in the URL.

How to set up integration with KeyPay?

Step 1. Access your Company Settings in Expedo.

Step 2. Click the Integrations found on the left-hand side menu.

Step 3. Click the + New button on the right-hand of the screen.

Step 4. Select KeyPay.

Step 5. Provide the details to the following:

• API Key

• Business ID 

And toggle settings to:  

• Sync Location

• Auto Expert Expense Request

• Auto Leave Request

Under Work Types select the settings from the drop-down menu to:

• Sick Leave

• Annual Leave

• RDO

• I was on leave for a specific time

Step 6. Click Save.

You’ve successfully integrated KeyPay into Expedo.
