Once an applicant has accepted an offer and are ready for onboarding you can move them into the onboarding stage of the hiring pipeline:
When the applicant is added to the Ready to Onboard stage, they are added to your HR system and the onboarding will start in the HR application automatically. This means you will not need to move them through this part of the pipeline manually. If you want to check on the new hire – head on over to HR to see how they are going:
Once they complete the onboarding – you will have a new hire!
