For forgotten passwords and regaining access to your account, follow the steps in this guide:
Step 1. Enter your email address and click Next to take you to the next screen.
Step 2. Click "Forgot your password?"
Step 3. Enter your email address and click Verify.
|Note: It is important to enter the correct email address when requesting for a password reset. If unsure what email address was used for your Xemplo account, please contact your manager for further assistance.|
Step 4. Check your email inbox. You’ll receive password recovery email instructions to continue with the request. Then, click Recover Password.
Step 5. On the Reset your password page, enter your new password and re-enter it to confirm. Then, click the Create Password button.
You can now log in using your new password to access your Xemplo account.
