Account Settings is a space on Expedo that allows you to set your profile with basic information about you. Your name, email, and contact number to make Expedo work better for you.

How to Access Account Settings
To set information on your profile, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Log in to Expedo.
Step 2. Click your name on the top-right corner, and select the My Profile option from the drop-down menu.

How to Manage Personal Details
Follow the steps below to manage personal details as a worker.
Step 1. Access and edit your My Profile.
Step 2. Under the Personal Details section, enter the necessary information to the following:

How to Manage Signature
Your electronic signature is used to sign documents and contracts all throughout your employment journey. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Go to the Your Signature section, then click on Edit.
Step 2. A pop-up window will appear.
You can have your signature in two types Draw and Text.
Draw - use your mouse or trackpad to draw and add your signature.
Text - use this to select a generated text-based signature after signing in your full name in the space provided.
Step 3. Click the Save button.
How to Update Password
Updating your password regularly ensures that your account is secure and keeps cyberattacks at bay. Follow the steps below:
Step 1. Go to the Change Password section.
Step 2. Enter your current password, then enter the new password and re-enter it to confirm.
Important: Password must be at least 6 characters with at least one non-letter or digit character and also have at least one lowercase character.
Step 3. Click the Save Changes.
