For all workers who will go through onboarding, they will be required to complete the personal details section with the following required fields.
- Date of Birth
- Personal Email
- Mobile Number
- Residential Address
Please ensure that a valid mobile number is entered in the field as Expedo will send the verification code to this mobile number upon the completion of the onboarding steps by the worker. For any changes on mobile number or personal details required during onboarding, please contact your HR manager/administrator for assistance. Worker will only be allowed to edit personal details after onboarding is completed.
Please Note: Verification is a mandatory step to complete onboarding for a worker and a stable telco signal connection is required for Expedo to send the verification code to the mobile number. Should there be a poor telco signal connection encountered by the worker, please contact your HR manager/administrator for assistance.
