Email Templates define the content of notifications or announcements sent as an email or SMS to workers or managers.
These email templates have default contents that you can edit in Expedo.
There are two types of access levels when editing Email Templates:

Global - editing templates from this level means changes will be global and applies to all companies within your organisation in Expedo.

Company - editing templates from this level means changes will only apply to the specific company you are managing for.
If editing via Global Level
Step 1. Log in as an Administrator.
Step 2. Click the Settings menu found in the right-hand side menu.
Step 3. Select the Email/SMS Templates option.
Step 4. Click on the corresponding Edit button of an email template you want to manage.

Step 5. Hover your mouse pointer on the field you want to edit on a template, and click the pencil icon.


And start editing.
Step 7. Then click Save.
If editing via Company Level
Step 1. Log in as an Administrator.
Step 2. Click on the Companies menu.
Step 3. Search and select the company you want to manage.
Step 4. On the Company’s setting page, click the Edit Email template button.
Step 5. Click on the corresponding Edit button on the email template you want to manage.

Step 6. On the Edit Template page, hover your mouse pointer to the field you want to edit and click the pencil icon.


And make the necessary changes.
Step 7. Then click Save.
Important: Regardless of whether the changes were done first on either Administrator or Company access, the rule is that changes that applied last will be used on the email template. |
