Licences reflect qualifications, certificates or licences that are necessary or advisable for certain Job Roles or Positions.
You can create, edit or deactivate Licence Types that are used in worker profiles and positions.
Please Note: Global Licence Types can only be edited in administrator settings.
Licences can also be created ad hoc from within the position builder tool.
Add a Licence Type
To add a new licence, go to Company Settings → Licence Types
Click 'New Licence Type' to create a new licence.
Allow Optional - To set the licence as non-mandatory
Active - To toggle licence as Active or Inactive
Show Issued Date - To display Issue date field for the worker to input during onboarding
Show Expiry Date - To display Expiry date field for the worker to input during onboarding
Require Issue Date - To toggle issue date field as a required field during onboarding
Require Expiry Date - To toggle expiry date field as a required field during onboarding
Require Document Upload - To toggle document upload field as a required field during onboarding
Require Licence Number - To toggle license number as a required field during onboarding
Please Note: Workers with licences with an expiry date will receive an email notification within the final 30 days before expiry to prompt to renew in the system.
Edit a Licence Type
Click on the relevant 'Edit' button to make changes to an existing licence type.
Please refer to the field descriptions above.
Click 'Save' after editing.
