The Onboarding module in Expedo HR allows a company to create a set of requirements to correctly engage workers.
Workers will receive the relevant contracts, documents, information and a list of tasks to complete.
The requirements for an onboard can be defined uniquely for each onboard via the Onboarding Wizard process. This will require you to complete the following steps:
- Select Employment Type & Contract
- Select Position
- Select Worker
- Add Additional Documents
- Select Induction Courses
- Select Background Checks
If you will need to onboard several workers with similar engagement details, you should first create a Position which will act as a template for the onboards.
