Cancelling a timesheet often occurs when a candidate's assignment is cut short due to a number of reasons. Xemplo generates two weeks of timesheets in advance, therefore if an end date is supplied after the timesheets have been generated these will need to be manually cancelled.
Other occasions when a timesheet would need to be cancelled is if the dates on the timesheet are not reflecting correctly (missing days) due to the assignment periods being incorrectly input or a candidate submitting incorrect hours and wanting to cancel this before it is shown to the approving manager.
To cancel a timesheet, you will need to head to the timesheet screen, locate the timesheet and select edit.
