Navigate to > Positions
Click the 'Create' button on the top right-hand side of the page, this will allow you to create positions for your workforce.
This will now take you to the positions library.
Expedo has many Positions and Position Categories to choose from.
You can edit the Position details to match the requirements of your company.
You can also match Positions with all the different types of engagement.
Expedo has created categories for each employment group, then each position for each employment title.
Choose the position you are looking to onboard, the default requirements and responsibilities will be listed. You are able to edit these at the next step. Click continue in the top right-hand side of the pop-up box.
Here you can change the name of the position in the free text field under the heading 'Position Title'.
Next, you can add and remove responsibilities allocated to the position. To remove just deselect a responsibility and then at the bottom type in the new responsibility and add.
Complete this same process for the 'Position Requirements'.
Once you have completed this section you are able to proceed by selecting ‘Next step’
